We’re hiring a Mobile App Developer – Manager to lead the design and development of high-performance mobile applications. This role blends hands-on development with leadership responsibilities. You’ll guide a talented team of developers, ensure technical excellence, and collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences on both Android and iOS platforms.
Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end mobile app development projects for Android and iOS.
Architect and design scalable mobile solutions using React Native, Flutter, or native technologies.
Oversee code quality, performance optimization, and deployment.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into intuitive, user-friendly apps.
Manage and mentor developers; conduct code reviews and performance evaluations.
Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services.
Stay up to date with new mobile technologies and frameworks.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
6–10 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) development.
Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Strong understanding of app architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVVM), and performance tuning.
Prior experience in managing a team or leading technical projects.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
